Welcome to drcleans ! By booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

 

 

 

1. Services Provided

 

 

We provide professional cleaning services, including but not limited to domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and deep cleaning.

 

Unless specifically agreed in writing, our services do not include: removal of hazardous waste, or moving of heavy furniture/appliances.

 

 

 

 

2. Bookings & Appointments

 

 

  • All bookings must be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • A minimum booking of [2 hours] applies per appointment.

  • We require at least [48 hours] notice for all bookings.

 

 

 

 

 

3. Pricing & Payments

 

 

  • Prices are charged at the agreed hourly or fixed rate.

  • A deposit may be required to confirm bookings.

  • Payments must be made by [accepted payment methods: e.g., bank transfer, card, cash].

  • All invoices must be paid within [X days] of issue. Late payments may incur an administration fee.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

  • At least [48 hours] notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Cancellations made with less than [48 hours] notice will be charged the full service fee.

  • Missed appointments due to lack of access will also be charged in full.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Access to Property

 

 

  • Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • If keys or access codes are provided, they will be kept secure and returned upon request.

  • We are not liable for any loss due to faulty locks or insecure entry systems.

 

 

 

 

 

6. Health & Safety

 

 

  • Our staff will not move heavy furniture, work at unsafe heights, or clean hazardous areas.

  • Clients must provide running water, electricity, and a safe working environment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

 

 

 

 

 

7. Liability & Insurance

 

 

  • We hold public liability insurance covering accidental damage and injury caused by our staff.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear

    • Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value

    • Damage due to poor condition of property/fittings

  •  

 

 

 

 

 

8. Client Responsibilities

 

 

  • Secure pets, valuables, and personal items before cleaning.

  • Notify us of any fragile, delicate, or special items that require extra care or Put them away.

  • Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time.

 

 

 

 

 

9. Complaints & Satisfaction Guarantee

 

 

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment.

  • We will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

 

10. Termination of Services

 

 

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

 

  • Staff are subject to abuse, unsafe conditions, or unreasonable demands

  • Payment is not received as agreed

  • Clients repeatedly cancel or reschedule without sufficient notice

 

 

 

 

 

11. Privacy & Data Protection

 

 

We collect and store client information solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

 

 

 

 

12. Governing Law

 

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
